SF/espionage and adventure... Genjiro Nakadai thinks he's found the perfect job, when he volunteers for the Special Forces, an elite division of the Greater Union Army of Exedra. The recruiter's promise of adventure and high pay sours, when Genjiro finds out what the job really is. By then, it's too late to back out. As he falls deeper into intrigue and danger, the likelihood of getting his own life back dwindles. Updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Kai's Chatter Box News for 18 June, 2001 And the Winner Is... The "Name Kai's Computer" Contest has a winner!! The Mac's speech recognition robot will now be named "Yoshi!" Banzai!!! The winning name was submitted by reader Ashandra, who will receive an 8 x 10 inch drawing of the Kyoki Press character of her choice. Congratulations, Ash chan, and thanks to everyone who participated in the contest! It was fun! Now we must all have some cyber cake, ice cream, and those chocolate-filled Oreo cookies, and celebrate properly. Did anyone bring confetti and noise makers?!? Also, this weekend, ShadowFall was awarded the coveted "Monkey On A Nut Award (the M.O.N.A.!)" from Matt Bourque of Delinquents! I've now got an awards section in the Gallery, where you can see the M.O.N.A, and the two "Cutest" awards given to me and Genjiro from reader, Jazz. Thanks, Matt san and Jazz chan! I appreciate it! Finally, I've switched over all of the ShadowFall pages to the new directory, as you can see. I've also added text links to the other sections of the site, at the bottom of each page, just in case anyone's browser can't interpret the image map I'm using for the navigation banner in the header.
