SF/espionage and adventure... Genjiro Nakadai thinks he's found the perfect job, when he volunteers for the Special Forces, an elite division of the Greater Union Army of Exedra. The recruiter's promise of adventure and high pay sours, when Genjiro finds out what the job really is. By then, it's too late to back out. As he falls deeper into intrigue and danger, the likelihood of getting his own life back dwindles. Updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Kai's Chatter Box News for 10 December, 2001 New Dropdown, Funny Papers and My Bad Back I'm not going to write too much, today, as my old back injury has flared up, and it's killing me to sit here. It's taken me a lot longer to do today's comic than usual, and I apologize for getting it on the site, so late. I had to stop and get up, every few minutes, because my back was hurting so much. I think I've gone through half a bottle of Advil! I got this injury when I was 17, and working in a warehouse. It's a slipped disk, and now and then, it just acts up. When it does, I can't do much of anything. Thank goodness it doesn't act up as often as it used to! If it did, I'd really be in a fix! Sigh...I need a new body!! One good thing for today, though, is that we're still doing great on the Funny Papers top list! Thanks so much for your votes, everyone! Please remember to vote often for ShadowFall and Elf Life!
