SF/espionage and adventure... Genjiro Nakadai thinks he's found the perfect job, when he volunteers for the Special Forces, an elite division of the Greater Union Army of Exedra. The recruiter's promise of adventure and high pay sours, when Genjiro finds out what the job really is. By then, it's too late to back out. As he falls deeper into intrigue and danger, the likelihood of getting his own life back dwindles. Updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Kai's Chatter Box News for 14 December, 2001 Sorry I'm Late, Everyone! I'm very sorry for this late update, everyone, but yesterday, I got another very nasty email from someone on one of the mailing lists I frequent. It bothered me to the point that I couldn't get my work done. I'm not sure why some people feel the need to harrass me, like that, but I wish they'd just leave me alone. I told this particular person that if he harrassed me, again, I would publish his email on the list. He did it again, and I kept my word. I hope that will help nip any more such nonsense in the bud. I've always been one to speak my mind in public, so everyone knows what sort of person I really am. I don't hide behind private emails and take cheap shots at others; if I have a bone to pick with someone, I do it in public, so others can make up their own minds about who is right and who is wrong, without having to rely on hearsay and the detractions of my enemies. I am an open book, for all to see. I'm not perfect, and don't claim to be, but I'm not going to allow someone to publicly smile in my face and then rip me like that, where no one can see their ugliness. I consider this a victory for my own honor, and a huge loss for his. On a better note, we're still doing well on the Funny Papers! You guys are doing a great job!
