FAST! Archive a Success! Missed Birthdays! New Dreams Comic! We're a Good Read!!
Gah...sorry for the long delay in updates, everyone. Things are just not going as smoothly as I'd like, at the moment. The job search continues, as does the crap I'm getting from certain members of my family -- and some others who are not members of my family. I've chosen, now, to totally shut those non-family meanies out of my life. I just don't have the patience for that nonsense, any more, and I'm not going to deal with them, any more. I've had one too many death threats; one too many lies; one too many annoyances, and one too many hypocrites in my life. I simply will not tolerate them, any longer. ***sound of more strings being cut*** I keep thinking I've cut all the strings, already, but each time I look, I find one I missed. I'll keep looking and cutting until I've severed them all!
On a lighter note, the new FAST! archive is a huge success! Pageviews have almost doubled, since I installed it, and I'm pleased that it seems to be working well for everyone. I'm doubly glad that the script worked perfectly, right from the start! I must say a great big "Thanks!!!" again to Dave at ATP Productions for this great script!
I've also missed not only my own comic's anniversary, but the birthdays of some of my webcomicking friends!! I must apologize to them, because I usually send out emails to the mailing lists we're all on, with a birthday greeting and a little text drawing of a birthday cake, but the last half of this year, I've fallen down on that job. Too much crap going on in my life, I guess. I'm not on the same list as some of them, anymore, so I can't do the greeting the old way, anyway. Here are the folks I've missed, since August (at least, the ones whose b-days I know):

Last, but not least, I've added to the Dreams section one page of a comic I had started working on waaaaaay back in 1997, a ghost story called, "Wraith." I'd only done two pages of it, before Cars and I had to start packing for our big move to California (at which time I lost track of these two pages!!), but they're both fully inked and hand lettered! After looking at these, you'll be able to easily see why I went with computer lettering for ShadowFall. (O.o) I've only added the first one for this update. I'll add the second one with the next update, along with a beautiful watercolor pic my good friend, Flick, did for my birthday. I hope you enjoy the ancient comic, which was my first attempt at real inking!
